Debbie is the two time recipient of the highly regarded PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) Pyramid Awards. A Gold Pyramid for a creative self promotion was awarded back in 2003, as well as the Silver Pyramid awarded in January 2009 for a successful ongoing client promotion for Auto Skill International. She has also been awarded several of her franchisors top awards , including the Adventures in Advertising Presidents Award, The Mastermind Award, the Velocity Award for exponential growth, as well as the ASI (Advertising Specialty Inc) Marketing Genius Award in 2009 for the marketing of her company website: www.blackbearpromos.com
Deb also believes in giving back to the industry that has served her so well. She volunteered to serve on the Adventures in Advertising Marketing Committee from 2004-2009, and is currently part of the AIA Idea Team that helps to create marketing pieces and collateral to help franchise owners market their businesses.

She has owned AIA Black Bear Promotions, Inc for over 12 years and has earned the CAS (Certified Advertising Specialist) designation from PPAI and is working towards her MAS (Master Advertising Specialist), which elevates her to only 4% of industry distributors.
