Just back from the ASI Orlando Tradeshow 01/22/2012
What a flurry of activity....and FUN!
I always love the first promotional products tradeshow of the year. Great way to jumpstart motivation and excitement as well as connecting with our great vendor reps. Just what I needed to get the creative brain in gear for the new year.
Oh and seeing Mini and Mickey at our private Disney event wasn't bad either! I was dragged to the Mount Everest roller coaster which actually goes backwards in the dark.. And speaking of thrills...our keynote event with Bill Oreilly and James Carville was worth the early rising. And we all know that neither of them are opinionated (grin), we got some good insight and "bloviating" on the Republican race.
Some trends from the tradeshow floor...
Gray is the NEW black!
And..Lot's of jewel tone colors for bags and apparel. Deep purples, orange, teals, green and GRAY. And the trend continues to add more and more womens styles and companion pieces. NICE and very retail oriented.
The new items will be posted to my facebook page (www.facebook.com/blackbearpromotions) as the images start to roll in...you'll be seeing lots of products for IPADS, Tablets, mobile phones, and the like.
Mobile phone holders abound. Some really cool designs and lots of options for full color graphics.
For the sweet tooths...Lindt chocolate has now joined our industry, with custom logo'd candy bar wrappers! Their white chocolate is just as delish as the dark and milk chocolate. Lots of sample wrappers in my bag to show
I did my due diligence in testing their consistency. ;0)
